Key Responsibilities
Partner with HRBPs and CoEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, etc.) to define key HR metrics, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insightsLead end-to-end analytics projectsfrom data exploration and storytelling to influencing business actionTranslate complex people data into clear narratives and recommendations for non-technical audiencesCollaborate with Data Engineering and HRIS teams to improve data quality, integration, and availabilityMonitor and evaluate workforce KPIs (e.g., attrition, time to fill, internal mobility, DEI metrics)Drive adoption of analytics tools, reports, and self-service models across HR and the businessStay updated on HR trends, new tools, and data practices to continuously improve our analytics approach
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Skills:
4+ years of experience in HR analytics, business analytics, or a related fieldStrong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex data for executive stakeholdersProficiency in data tools like Power BI, Excel, TableauExperience working with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)Strong understanding of core HR domainsTalent Acquisition, Engagement, Attrition, L&D, etc.Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate in a cross-functional environmentCritical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Preferred:
Experience partnering with senior HR/business stakeholders on data-driven initiativesExposure to global HR processes and workforce strategyStrong business acumen and curiosity to explore how people data connects to organizational successPassion for continuous learning, collaboration, and HR innovation
What will your job look like?
Reflect customer needs by assembling business documents and technical requirements.Advise customers based on product capabilities and methodologies, applying reuse where applicable.Design holistic and integrated high-level solutions that fit customers' business needs, production operability and budget.Participate in and/or lead formal and informal reviews with key partners, applying knowledge and experience while providing technical perspective and support.Communicate new details of new solutions and their impact on business processes to customers' business and IT personnel.Ensure that the customer understands the solution and receive responses to all open questions and action items.Support the customer during the scoping phase in a specific domain up through and including customer sign off (for example, COP process for various customer types and products, EPC lead for all product models and designs, etc.).Prepare solution-related documents and specifications. Configure the solution, followed by the creation, execution and maintenance of accurate and detailed test plans for applicable testing.Support the resolution of configuration/implementation-related issues if and when they arise.
