Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience in Pega technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega Reporting Platform Application Development Data and Integration User Experience Mobility Case Management Marketing and Decision Hub. A background in Billing and Revenue Management is a plus. This hybrid role requires no travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust Pega solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain Pega applications ensuring high performance and scalability.
Oversee the integration of Pega systems with existing IT infrastructure to ensure seamless data flow.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize Pega applications.
Implement user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Utilize Pega Mobility to develop solutions that support mobile access and functionality.
Manage case management processes within Pega to streamline business operations.
Leverage Pega Marketing and Decision Hub to drive data-driven marketing strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Pega implementations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements using Pega technologies.
Stay updated with the latest Pega advancements and incorporate them into existing systems.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Pega Reporting Platform and Application Development.
Demonstrate strong skills in Pega Data and Integration ensuring seamless connectivity.
Exhibit expertise in Pega User Experience and Mobility for enhanced accessibility.
Have a solid understanding of Pega Case Management and Marketing.
Experience with Pega Decision Hub is essential for data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with Billing and Revenue Management is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid work model.
