Pega SSA JDMust Have3 plus years as a practicing SSA for multiple accounts5 plus Years of total Pega ExperienceShould have an exposure on: Upgrades (prefer v8.5+) + Decisioning exposure(preferable at least with couple of them across Onsite/Offshore)Certified SSAStrong Stakeholder Management1 plus Years of Work experience in International Markets such as Australia, Europe or the USDevOps and Agile Experience.Good to HaveWorking Knowledge on Pega Robotics, API Standards, Enterprise Security Protocols, Performance Monitoring and improvementExperience on PEGA upgrades, application migration and DB migrationGood Knowledge on all rule types UI, Flows, Flow Actions, Harness, Integration, Agents and ActivitiesMinimum experience on using debugging tools like Tracer, Clipboard, SMA and Live UIPossess good understanding on the rules management and associated tools such as export and import tools, skimming and bulk processing toolsGood knowledge of SQL using OracleActively collaborate with other teams to solve cross functional challengesActively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases to lead to success
