We provide comprehensive child health services, including newborn care, immunizations, acute and chronic pediatric management, and family-centered counseling.

About The Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced, compassionate Pediatrician to deliver high-quality on-site clinical care at a busy pediatric practice in Mangalore. The role focuses on outpatient consultations, inpatient management, neonatal care, and effective collaboration with allied health teams to drive excellent clinical outcomes and patient experience.Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end pediatric care for infants, children and adolescents—history-taking, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
  • Manage newborn and neonatal issues including stabilization, basic NICU protocols, and timely referrals for higher-level care.
  • Treat common acute and chronic pediatric conditions, manage admissions, and coordinate care with nursing and laboratory teams.
  • Lead immunization programs, counsel parents on vaccine schedules, nutrition, growth monitoring and developmental milestones.
  • Respond to pediatric emergencies on-site, perform resuscitation when required, and maintain up-to-date emergency readiness.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR, participate in audits, and adhere to clinical governance and infection-control protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Medical degree (MBBS) with MD / DNB in Pediatrics or DCH certification.
  • 2+ years of clinical pediatric experience (outpatient & inpatient) — experience in neonatal care is essential.
  • Proven ability in pediatric emergency management and neonatal stabilization.
  • Strong communication skills for parent counselling and multidisciplinary teamwork.
  • Familiarity with EMR/clinical documentation and basic hospital protocols.

Preferred

  • Experience in a high-volume pediatric clinic or multispecialty hospital in India.
  • Training/certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
  • Comfortable with outpatient procedures (vaccinations, minor procedures) and clinical audits.
