Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a PE-Maps specialist where you will leverage your expertise in MAP and Cards & Payments to drive impactful solutions. With a hybrid work model and rotational shifts you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our payment systems. Your contributions will support our mission to deliver seamless payment experiences benefiting both the company and society.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement MAP solutions that enhance payment processing efficiency.
Analyze and optimize existing payment systems to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MAP-related issues ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
Develop and maintain documentation for MAP processes and procedures ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members.
Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
Monitor industry trends and advancements in payment technologies to keep our systems competitive and innovative.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all payment processing activities.
Participate in rotational shifts to provide continuous support and maintain system integrity.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
Utilize your domain expertise in Cards & Payments to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
Engage in continuous learning and development to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
Support the companys mission to deliver secure and efficient payment solutions that positively impact society.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in MAP with a strong understanding of its application in payment systems.
Possess domain expertise in Cards & Payments with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Show strong communication skills in English both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members.
Display adaptability to work in a hybrid model and rotational shifts ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
