PCB Layout Design Engineer

Role Overview: As a PCB Layout Design Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in the development of innovative products by utilizing your strong understanding of electronics hardware design. Your responsibilities will include performing detailed analog and digital design, schematic capture, board layout, circuit design and verification, prototype testing, analysis, sourcing components, programming embedded systems firmware, developing production test specifications and procedures, creating bills of materials, maintaining component integrity, designing PCB layout for high-speed circuits, understanding and implementing circuit routing and schematics, managing CAD library administration, staying updated with the latest design technology, generating documentation, analyzing and resolving design-related issues, and collaborating with project teams. Key Responsibilities: - Performing detailed analog and digital design, schematic capture, and board layout - Conducting circuit design and verification, prototype testing, and analysis - Sourcing components and programming embedded systems firmware - Developing production test specifications and procedures - Creating bills of materials - Maintaining component integrity through accurate component placement - Designing PCB layout for high-speed and reliable circuits - Understanding and implementing circuit routing and schematics - Utilizing layout design software such as Altium and OrCAD - Managing CAD library administration including symbol and footprint generation - Staying updated with the latest design technology - Generating documentation and requirements specifications for projects - Analyzing and resolving design-related issues promptly - Collaborating with project teams to understand circuit requirements and limitations Qualifications Required: - Demonstrable experience in successful planning and design of products - Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design - Expertise in components selection and PCB layout tools like Altium - Experience in digital design with MPUs and microcontrollers - Familiarity with communications involving modems, networks, and wireless technology - Knowledge of EMC/EMI design standards and UL Certification requirements In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for the following competencies: - Strong understanding of electronics hardware design principles - Ability to work independently and within a team - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Join us in Ahmedabad and be part of our Engineering team where you can contribute to the development of cutting-edge electronics hardware products.,
