Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented PCB Design Engineer to join our R&D team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing printed circuit boards for our robotics, electronics, and EdTech products.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers with strong technical knowledge, a learning mindset, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle).

Collaborate with hardware engineers to create schematic diagrams and PCB footprints.

Ensure designs meet electrical, mechanical, and manufacturability requirements.

Optimize PCB layouts for signal integrity, thermal performance, and reliability.

Work with vendors and manufacturing teams for prototype fabrication and production.

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of PCB assemblies.

Maintain documentation of designs, revisions, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).

Support integration of PCBs into final products such as robotics kits, IoT devices, and STEM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

0–3 years of experience in PCB design (freshers with strong project/academic work considered).

Proficiency in PCB design software (Altium, Eagle, KiCad, or similar).

Basic understanding of electronic components and circuit design.

Knowledge of schematic design for prototyping.

Understanding of scalable PCB design for production and real-world deployment.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with high-speed PCB design and multilayer boards.

Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontroller-based circuits.

Knowledge of PCB assembly processes (SMT & Through-Hole).

Exposure to robotics, IoT, or STEM education projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,593.28 - ₹25,000.00 per month
