Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design complex, multi-layer PCBs for compact, performance-sensitive electronic systems.
  • Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and embedded systems engineers for integrated product development.
  • Ensure design compliance with EMI/EMC standards and effective thermal management.
  • Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DFA (Design for Assembly), and DFT (Design for Testability) evaluations.
  • Reverse engineer existing boards to make custom changes.
  • Develop and maintain schematic symbol and footprint libraries.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate PCB designs based on R&D feedback.
  • Coordinate with vendors for board fabrication and component sourcing.
  • Participate in prototype assembly, bring-up, testing, and debugging of hardware boards.
  • Create and maintain design documentation including Gerber files, schematics, BOMs, and test plans.
  • Follow electronics standards while designing the PCB. 


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in PCB design for embedded or electromechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in Altium Designer, Ki-Cad, Or CAD, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of signal integrity, high-speed routing, and PCB stack-up design. • Familiarity with embedded systems and micro controller-based designs. Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to RF and communication interface design.
  • Experience working in cross-functional R&D environments.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards and relevant certifications.
