Job Description

To provide effective and efficient administrative support to the office manager and People & Culture team in Jord India. Duties and Responsibilities : Provide timely, efficient executive support to the senior management team Assisting with training and development initiatives, such as coordinating training programs, tracking employee participation, and maintaining training records. Provide general administrative support to the Jord Group, including but not limited to: Ordering company supplies for Pantry i.e. milk, stationary, beverages, housekeeping material, marketing materials Maintaining stock of all the required supplies Arranging for joining kit for new joinees Insurance documentation & submission of claim by staff Provide support for arranging events & birthday celebrations Performing reception duties, including but not limited to: Inducting visitors, ensuring they sign in/out Organizing courier services and distributing deliveries Office management duties, including but not limited to: Reporting any issues to the office manager and P&C manager Supervising house-keeping staff General up keep of office including of AMC s for office maintenance Adhere to all Jord company policies and IMS requirements Skills and Experience: At least 2 years in administrative experience Experience working in a customer focused and fast paced professional environment Appropriate tertiary qualifications and demonstrated relevant human resources professional experience Excellent computer skills including advanced skills in MS Office computing applications Sound written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the capacity to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels Sound analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of team in a dynamic work environment High level of attention to detail Strong organizational skills, ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, maintain documentation and record keeping, and meet deadlines
