Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Noida. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for administering payroll, managing all payroll process, and overseeing payroll services. The role includes ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records and related data with MIS, and addressing any payroll-related queries and discrepancies to the clients.

Skill and Qualifications

• Skills in Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and overseeing Payroll Services
• Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Graduate/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the non-profit sector and under TPA is a plus
