HR Payroll and Attendance Management involves processes that ensure employees are compensated accurately and on time while maintaining records of their attendance, leave, and working hours. Here are key components and best practices:

1. Payroll Processing

Salary Calculation
: Calculate employee salaries based on their working hours, overtime, allowances, and deductions such as taxes and benefits.
Statutory Compliance
: Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws, including taxes, social security, and other statutory deductions.
Payroll Deductions
: Account for benefits, taxes, provident funds, and other mandatory or optional deductions.
Payslip Generation
: Provide clear, detailed payslips that outline all earnings, deductions, and net pay.
End-of-Service Benefits
: For resignations or retirements, calculate gratuities and any severance payouts as required by law.

2. Attendance Management

Time Tracking
