Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing, including preparing salaries, bonuses, and benefits for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations related to payroll administration.
  • Prepare accurate and timely salary statements, ESI/PF calculations, and other statutory reports.
  • Maintain employee master data accuracy in HRIS system.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-4 years of experience in Payroll Processing, Payroll Management, Salary Preparation, Salary Processing, Payroll Administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Payroll (ESIC & PF) regulations and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel).
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
