Job Description

Key Skills Required:

SAP HCM proficiency
Expertise in Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Payroll Management : Processing payroll and handling full & final settlements.
Employee Lifecycle Management : Managing joining and exit formalities.
Record Maintenance : Creating and maintaining employees personnel records.
Statutory Compliance : Ensuring timely filing of PF, P-Tax, LWF, ESIC, Bonus, and other statutory returns.
Attendance Management : Overseeing time and attendance systems.
MIS Reporting : Preparing accurate and timely Payroll & HR Operation Related reports.
Insurance Administration : Managing employee health insurance, group Mediclaim, and assurance processes.
Employee Operations : Handling general HR queries related to assigned responsibilities.
