Job Description

  1. Preparation of Project Schedule (Tools used: Primavera, MS Project etc.,) covering entire scope and within defined timelines.
  2. Responsible for providing detailed plans and schedule for execution of projects, formulating methodology of work.
  3. Responsible for monitoring project progress from conceptual design to completion of construction. Calculating Optimal Material requirement, Manpower requirements & Machinery Requirements.
  4. Plan for budget required for the project and create various budget heads to document and monitor the expenses.
  5. Create Cashflow analysis (ie., Expected billing).
  6. To prepare and maintain detailed engineering and construction schedules including development of critical path and project float..
  7. Responsible for examining whether projects are correctly resourced (material, workers, machinery, equipment, engineering staff) for achieving timelines and to advise Project Heads about remedial measures.
  8. To visit sites and provide planning inputs for projects and also on remedial measures for achieving schedule dates and compliance with other project parameters to Project Heads and Project Planning Managers at regular intervals.
