Job Description

  1. Responsible for driving sales at designated residential project.
  2. Acquiring new customers through Channel Partners, marketing campaigns, data calling, self-generation, networking and referral.
  3. Attending client calls received through marketing campaigns understanding & explaining about project, ensuring diligent follow up and converting leads to site visits.
  4. Ensure accuracy of deliverables, client service and engagement calls, meetings, site visits, follow up, timely submission of MIS reports & overall governance at designated project.
  5. Attending Client Walk-ins, explaining them about the project, handling queries & closing sales with help of site head.
