Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the unit, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify attendance, leave data, and overtime details for payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate with the corporate HR and finance team for salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
  • Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll reports, MIS, and employee cost analysis.
  • Manage employee database, joining, and exit formalities in HRMS.
  • Address employee payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to internal and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in HR operations such as documentation, confirmations, and other HR activities as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances.
  • Hands-on experience in HRMS / payroll software (SAP / GreytHR / Adrenalin / similar).
  • Good understanding of Excel and HR reporting.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in handling data.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
