Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for international locations, ensuring compliance with country-specific laws and regulations.

Coordinate with local payroll vendors, HR, and Finance teams to collect, validate, and reconcile payroll inputs.

Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, tax deductions, social security contributions, and other statutory requirements.

Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Prepare and review payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.

Support month-end and year-end payroll activities, including statutory filings and reporting.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global payroll regulations, taxation policies, and compliance requirements.

Assist in process improvements, automation, and implementation of payroll best practices.

Ensure payroll data confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
