Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, statutory compliance, and tax deductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to payroll management.
  • Collaborate with HR team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to employee data or compensation changes.
  • Provide regular reports on payroll metrics and trends to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in Payroll Processing (Indian Payroll) with expertise in Salary Processing & Statutory Compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Payroll Management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel).
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accuracy in financial transactions.
