Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update payroll records including attendance, leave, overtime, and incentive data.
• Compute wages, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and incentives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other filings.
• Handle full & final settlements for employees on exit.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
• Address and resolve payroll queries raised by employees in a timely manner.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate payroll documentation.
• Prepare and circulate payroll MIS reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for management review.
• Provide payroll analytics and insights to support decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in payroll software and advance Excel
• Analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle payroll queries effectively.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
