Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Payroll Associate / Payroll Executive to

manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be

experienced in payroll management, monthly filings, challan preparation, and PF/ESIC compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Validate attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
Manage salary revisions, arrears, and full & final settlements.
Prepare payroll reports and MIS for management.
Prepare and file PF, ESIC, PT, LWF contributions.
Generate statutory challans and ensure timely submission.
Handle ECR filing, ESIC updates, and inspections.
Support TDS and GST-related documentation.
Maintain statutory and payroll documentation.
Respond to employee payroll and compliance queries.

Required Skills & Competencies

Experience with payroll software and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Familiarity with challan generation and statutory portals.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualification

Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, HR, or related fields.
