Payroll & Finance Executive

Company:

Job Role & Responsibilities

Payroll Management

End-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees
Managing attendance, leave records, overtime & shift allowances
Handling new joiners’ salary structure, resignations, and full & final settlements
Preparing salary registers, payroll MIS, bank statements, and reimbursement reports

Statutory Compliance

PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & TDS monthly submission
Preparation and maintenance of statutory challans & returns
Support audits and statutory inspections
Preparation of Form 16, PF/ESIC returns, and compliance documents

Finance & Accounts Support

Verifying invoices and processing bills related to HR & admin
Supporting budgeting, monthly MIS, and HR-related expenses
Coordinating with banks for salary disbursements & payments
Maintaining financial documentation for insurance and mediclaim

Employee Support

Addressing employee queries related to salary, PF, ESIC, tax & reimbursements
Coordinating with HR, Finance & external auditors for payroll-related matters

Key Skills

Payroll Processing
Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS)
MIS & Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Data Validation)
HRMS / Payroll Software
Finance & Accounting Knowledge
Attention to detail & confidentiality

Desired Candidate Profile

8-10 years of relevant experience in payroll & finance
Experience in Pharma/Manufacturing industry preferred
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Good communication & coordination skills
