Job Description

  • Hiring for Payroll Executive -Compensation & Benefits at Jayanagar, Bangalore.
  • We are looking at hiring a Executive Compensation & Benefits, whose major responsibility would be to execute the professional engagement for allocated clients, handling compensation and benefits – end to end payroll processing, employee reimbursements, employee tax computations and labour law compliances.
  • ROLES AND KEY RESPONSBILITIES:
  • 1. Manage & deliver client engagements related to payroll processing.
  • 2. Manage and oversee the entire payroll system, including data input, processing, and distribution
  • 3. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations: Provident Fund, ESI, PT, LWF
  • 4. Supervise and manage a team of payroll Executives
  • 5. Ensure that all payroll processes are efficient and effective
  • 6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the payroll process
  • 7. Provide support to other departments regarding payroll-related issues
  • 8. Prepare and maintain payroll reports and records
  • 9. Stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
  • EXPECTED WORK EXPERIENCE, KEY SKILLS, AND PERSONALITY TRAITS:
  • 1. Should have experience of at least 1+ years with credible expertise and familiarity in handling Payroll and related functions for multiple clients in a professional services organisation, preferably CA firm or Consulting firm.
  • 2. Sound knowledge of corporate compensation and benefits practices including labor law compliance matters. Must be fully familiar with practices, procedures, and policies related to every aspect of payroll and labor law compliances especially PF and ESI, with right knowledge, experience, and passion for client servicing and abilities to multitask and handle multiple clients
  • 3. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5. Experience with payroll processing software GreyTHR, KEKA
  • 6. Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  • 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 9. Strong organizational and time management skills
  • 10. Presentable and good communication skills, both oral and written, pro-active, dynamic, energetic and go-getter
  • 11. Working experience in GreytHR or othersimilar cloud-based payrollsoftware and expertise in handling MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook and familiar with handling TDS filing software
  • 12. Should have good hands-on Compensation and Benefits operational experience, and delivering good performance, and achieving all agreed objectives
  • 13. Must be strong in communication with external & internalstakeholders, must have good interpersonal skills and must be good with convincing & negotiation skills.
  • 14. Should be able to give attention to details with zero error approach and must be organised, disciplined and professional in attitude and approach
  • 15. Good understanding of modern compensation and benefits practices, standard operating procedures, and work methodologies
  • 16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, dependable work ethic, strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task, ability to prioritize amongst various tasks in a deadline driven environment, dependable, self-motivated, willing to proactively take ownership and initiative, and must be collaborative
  • 17. Pleasing personality with good personal attributes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
