Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting talent with opportunities and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing a positive experience for candidates and interviewers. Conduct reference checks and facilitate background checks as needed. Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, creating a talent pipeline for future openings. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
