Job Description

Role & responsibilities

In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless HR operations, including payroll management, labour law compliance, statutory audits, and driving HR process automation. This role is critical in supporting the HR function to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver a seamless employee experience.

Payroll
Statutory Compliances
Labour Laws Compliances
Compliances at the time of opening new office (S&E, CLRA, ESI Registration, PF Registration LWF etc)
Quarterly returns like ER1
Half Year / Annual Retunes like Maternity, Payment of Bonus, Equal Opportunity, POSH, Minimum Wages
Statutory Audit and Payroll Annual Audit with third party auditors
Employee Queries related to Payroll and Compliance
Stakeholder Management

Preferred candidate profile

What you offer

5-12 years experience in HR operations, payroll, or compliance, with knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
Advanced MS Excel skills, strong communication, and ability to multitask under deadlines
Good attention-to-detail and high level of accuracy in payroll, compliance, and audit processes
Amenable to a fixed-term contract for 12 months
