Job Title: Payroll and Compliance Executive

Location: Malviya Industrial Area, Jaipur

Compensation : 20,000 - 25,000 Rs. per month

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Executive with strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory compliances. The role involves end-to-end payroll processing, statutory filings, compliance management, and coordination with government authorities to ensure timely and accurate adherence to labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:-

Payroll management 

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time

Maintain employee salary structures, deductions, and reimbursements

Handle attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll processing

Generate payslips, payroll reports, and MIS

Statutory Compliance 

Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliances

Ensure timely filing of PF & ESI returns and challans

Handle PF/ESI registrations, withdrawals, transfers, and inspections

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain statutory registers and compliance records

Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government departments

Support internal and external audits related to payroll and compliance

Ensure adherence to labor laws, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

1. Graduate in Commerce / HR / Management (preferred)

2. 1–3 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance

3. Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and labor laws

4. Hands-on experience with payroll software and Excel

5. Good understanding of compliance timelines and documentation

6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

7. Experience handling compliance for multiple employees/sites

8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

9. Good communication and coordination skills
