Oversee year-end reporting, compensation summaries, and compliance documentation
Spearhead client projects, consulting on process design, risk management, and opportunities for improvement
Drive automation and innovation in payroll processes, partnering with technology teams to implement new solutions
Ensure global payroll and mobility programs adhere to legal, tax, and expatriate compliance requirements
Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure regulatory deadlines are met
Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to junior team members across multiple geographies
Foster collaboration and professional development within a hybrid working structure
Bachelors degree in Global Mobility, HR, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in global payroll, mobility compensation, or expatriate tax compliance
Experience managing hybrid, multi-geography teams
Strong expertise in managing complex compensation datasets for mobile employees
Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), data analysis, and visualization software
Familiarity with project management applications and implementation methodologies
Strong knowledge of global payroll compliance and expatriate tax frameworks
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client service skills
