Patient Relations Manager

• Patient Interaction & Support
• Welcome patients and visitors, and guide them through hospital services and processes.

2. Grievance Management

• Maintain a log of patient complaints and feedback.
• Investigate complaints by coordinating with nursing, medical, billing, and housekeeping departments.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management and ensure resolution.

3. Service Monitoring & Improvement

• Regularly monitor service delivery across departments (reception, billing, ward, canteen, etc.).
• Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement.
• Recommend and implement improvements in patient care and experience.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Act as the liaison between patients/families and clinical/non-clinical teams.
• Coordinate language support or interpreter services if needed.
• Inform patients about hospital rules, admission/discharge procedures, insurance support, etc.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily/weekly reports of patient issues and satisfaction data.
• Present reports and improvement suggestions in management meetings.

6. Staff Training

• Conduct soft-skill and patient interaction training for front-office, housekeeping, and support staff.
• Promote a patient-centric culture throughout the hospital.
• Address and resolve patient complaints, grievances, or special requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all patients receive prompt attention and emotional support during their stay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:
