Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient appointments, coordinating care between different services, and ensuring that patients have a seamless experience. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, providing patients with necessary information, answering phone calls, maintaining medical records, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Skills in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette and International patient journey
• Proficiency in Care Coordination and Medical Terminology
• Experience in Patient Care with compliance documentation practice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced , multitasking environment
• Knowledge of medical software systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare administration or related fields are beneficial
