Conduct market research on treatment demands, healthcare gaps, and competitive offerings in target regions. Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with international partners, referral sources, and healthcare providers. Represent TravelQubes in medical tourism fairs, conferences, embassy/consulate meets, and healthcare exhibitions. Sales & Lead Generation Achieve patient acquisition targets from assigned geographies. Work closely with Patient Care Coordinators to ensure seamless onboarding of international patients. Track and report business development activities using CRM tools. Partnerships & Negotiations Establish agreements with international referral partners, corporates, and insurance companies. Collaborate with Indian hospitals and wellness centers for competitive packages and value-added services. Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with operations, patient care, and marketing teams to deliver a smooth patient journey. Provide input to marketing for region-specific campaigns and digital outreach. Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduate in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related fields (MBA preferred). Experience: 7 to 10 years in business development, preferably in medical tourism, international marketing, or allied industries. Strong network in any of South Asia, South East Asia, Africa, or CIS countries (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills with multicultural sensitivity.
