Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage patient care services, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
Provide exceptional patient relations by handling complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
Offer counseling services to patients on treatment options, medication management, and post-discharge instructions.
Assist doctors with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and coordinating hospital admissions.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in healthcare services or hospital administration.
Strong knowledge of hospital management systems and processes.
Excellent communication skills for effective patient counselling and relations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
