Patient Care Coordinator

**Job Description:** You will be responsible for engaging with patients, handling their inquiries with empathy and professionalism via phone and email. Additionally, you will offer clear and accurate information about billing and insurance claims, efficiently address and resolve patient billing concerns and disputes, and maintain detailed and organized records of patient interactions and billing transactions. Collaboration with the billing team to ensure timely and precise processing of claims is also a key aspect of your role. Having medical billing knowledge would be considered an added advantage. Your goals will include meeting performance targets and KPIs to ensure patient satisfaction and billing accuracy. **Qualifications Required:** - Medical billing knowledge (preferred) - 1 year of total work experience **Additional Details:** The job types available are full-time and suitable for freshers.
