Job Description

As a Consultant OPD scheduling/IPD On-call days scheduler, your primary responsibilities will include patient file completion before proceeding to MRD and ensuring effective communication between patients and consultants. You will be required to conduct rounds with consultants, coordinate patient care, and facilitate communication among consultants, patients, and support staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving patient-related problems, ensuring smooth transitions for patients, and addressing any issues at the floor level before they escalate. Moreover, you will play a key role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care by shadowing and reporting on selected consultants, coordinating with physiotherapists and dietitians, and managing patient feedback calls. You will also be responsible for communicating GC intimation to all referral doctors and coordinating radiology and pathology services. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a focus on providing excellent patient care.
