Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Patient Care Coordinator at Eye Zenith. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient communications, ensuring seamless care coordination, and assisting patients with their inquiries. The role involves efficient handling of patient data, coordination of medical procedures, and maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism while interacting with patients and healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and strong Phone Etiquette
• Experience in Care Coordination and Patient Care processes
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology to assist in understanding patient information
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
• Previous experience in a healthcare or related customer service role is preferred
