International Patient Care Executive

Position Summary

International Patient Care Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. International Patient Coordination

  • Act as the

    primary point of contact

    for all Arabic-speaking international patients.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and international partners.
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling, doctor consultations, and treatment planning.
  • Coordinate pre-arrival assistance, documentation, and medical report exchange.

2. Patient Experience & Hospitality

  • Welcome patients at arrival and ensure smooth registration and onboarding.
  • Accompany patients through OPD, diagnostics, and procedures as required.
  • Arrange translator support for medical consultations if needed.
  • Ensure culturally sensitive care and comfort throughout their visit.

3. Travel & Logistics Support

  • Support with hotel bookings, airport pickup coordination, and travel guidance.
  • Assist patients with billing, insurance, and payment-related clarifications.
  • Maintain a database of travel agents, international partners, and embassy contacts.

4. Communication & Translation

  • Translate patient queries, discharge summaries, and instructions between Arabic & English.
  • Support clinical teams by conveying medical information accurately and sensitively.

5. Relationship Management & Business Growth

  • Build rapport with international patients to drive trust and referrals.
  • Coordinate with International Marketing teams and embassy liaison offices.
  • Track patient journey to improve service and encourage return visits or referrals.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily logs of international patient volumes, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and report patient satisfaction, challenges, and improvement areas.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and privacy guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

  • Fluent Arabic speaking & writing

    (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong patient service and hospitality orientation

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Hospitality, or related field
  • 2–5 years’ experience in

    patient care / international desk / hospitality

  • Experience working with GCC/Middle East patients is an added advantage
  • Warm, presentable, and professional interpersonal skills

Head – Operations / International Patient Services Manager

Location:

Chennai (with potential travel to other centres if required)
