Please note, this role requires you to work at the client’s home, providing care and support in their personal living environment. You will assist elderly, disabled, or recovering individuals with daily activities, personal hygiene, comfort, and mobility, while helping them maintain dignity, safety, and independence.
Roles and Responsibilities Provide basic care to patients, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming. Maintain a clean and organized living space for patients in their rooms or common areas. Assist with mobility aids such as walkers and wheelchairs to help patients move around safely. Administering medications, monitoring dosages and scheduling refills. Monitoring temperature, blood pressure and pulse. Perform light housekeeping duties, laundry, cleaning and organizing. Provide emotional support and engage clients in meaningful activities, such as conversation and light exercise. Maintain accurate records of care provided and daily activities.
