Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patent Marketing Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Patent Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the firm’s IP services, performing market research to identify new business opportunities, and managing client relationships to drive customer satisfaction. The role also includes collaborating with the business development team to support sales efforts through targeted marketing initiatives and maintaining productive communication with clients to understand their IP needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and understand their specific needs
• Expertise in Market Research to identify industry trends, analyze data, and assess opportunities
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing Strategy to create and implement effective campaigns targeting industry-specific clients
• Knowledge of intellectual property services, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
