PAS Global Immigration - Assistant Manager

Your key responsibilities

• Be task orientated and proven ability to produce quality work on a regular basis, to a consistently high standard
• A strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively and directionally as required
• Come up with process improvement steps and discuss them with team leader
• Keep your team leader informed on timely manner regarding timing and leaves
• Meet the required utilization - Voice your opinions to stakeholder

• Ability to ensure that work is of a consistently high standard
• Ability to multi-task projects and assignments in order of priority
• Excellent ability to plan ahead and anticipate potential problems before they arise

• Complete the deliverables before the TAT
• Proactively taking more task once completed
• Mentoring associates/advanced associates by sharing knowledge
• Guiding team members on process and Immigration issues
• Developing relationships with associate/advanced associates, through formal and informal contact
• Provide associates/advanced associates performance feedback on timely manner
• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

Skills and attributes for success

• Excellent business communication skills
• Should have strong knowledge and experience on MS Excel
• Should have knowledge on MS Outlook
• Prior Client facing experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Team player

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 8-10 years of previous experience working in a professional services environment or equivalent.
• Knowledge on Immigration within AMERICAS, EMEA APAC region is preferable
• To work on Immigration projects for our customers across the globe

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience in Immigration process, preferably in outbound work permits
• Experience in Global Mobility
