Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience working in a professional services environment or equivalent, with a strong background in immigration and excellent business communication skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Complete daily immigration work, submit tasks for second-level review, and adhere to company norms and policies. Provide exceptional client service by completing tasks on time and to a high standard. Collaborate with teams to achieve project goals and objectives. Develop and implement process improvements with the team leader. Meet tight deadlines and maintain high-quality work standards. Mentor associates/advanced associates by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. Participate in organization-wide people initiatives. ### Job Requirements Excellent business communication skills and strong knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook. Prior client-facing experience and good interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and directionally as required. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to multitask projects and assignments based on priority. Consistently deliver high-quality work and provide timely reporting. Knowledge of Immigration within AMERICAS, EMEA & APAC region is preferable. Experience in Immigration processes, preferably in outbound work permits. Experience in Global Mobility. Proven capabilities of leading a team and working closely with clients of People Advisory Services within and outside EY.
