Parts Manager

The Store Manager/Executive will be responsible for managing the spare parts store for construction equipment and earthmovers. The role involves inventory control, timely availability of spare parts, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth support to service teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the parts store, including receiving, issuing, and stocking of spare parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP.
• Ensure timely availability of spare parts to workshop, service engineers, and customers.
• Monitor stock levels, identify fast-moving/slow-moving/non-moving items, and initiate procurement accordingly.
• Track warranty returns, defective parts, and coordinate with service teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock & consumption reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs.
• Supervise store staff, allocate duties, and ensure discipline in operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Min. Graduate.

Knowledge of construction equipment/earthmovers spare parts & consumables.

• Strong inventory management & stock control skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Tally).
• Good communication and coordination skills with service teams & vendors.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
