The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day parts operations,. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain optimum inventory levels of spare parts to ensure availability and minimize obsolescence. Oversee the ordering, receiving, and storage of automobile parts as per dealership and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory reconciliation. Ensure timely supply of parts to the service department and support sales requirements. Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards. Monitor parts sales, prepare periodic reports, and achieve set targets. Handle warranty claims, returns, and coordinate with manufacturers for approvals. Implement systems to track fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving parts. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements. Train, guide, and supervise parts staff to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automobile parts management, inventory, or related field. Strong knowledge of spare parts operations, vendor management, and inventory control. Proficiency in DMS (Dealer Management System), MS Excel, and inventory management software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Strong organizational ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
