We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Parts Manger to join our service team . The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day parts operations,.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain optimum inventory levels of spare parts to ensure availability and minimize obsolescence.
• Oversee the ordering, receiving, and storage of automobile parts as per dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure timely supply of parts to the service department and support sales requirements.
• Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor parts sales, prepare periodic reports, and achieve set targets.
• Handle warranty claims, returns, and coordinate with manufacturers for approvals.
• Implement systems to track fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving parts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Train, guide, and supervise parts staff to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automobile parts management, inventory, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts operations, vendor management, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in DMS (Dealer Management System), MS Excel, and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate effectively with service, sales, and procurement departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
