Parts Executive

·        Excellent Automotive is looking for Spare Parts Executives to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey ·        This role involves coordinating with suppliers, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the availability of spare parts to meet customer demands ·        Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management, Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, including stock levels, reorder points, and lead times ·        Monitor and track inventory movements to prevent shortages and excess stock ·        Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts ·        Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to optimize costs ·        Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders for spare parts ·        Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to fulfil orders promptly ·        Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries related to spare parts availability, pricing, and order status ·        Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns ·        Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide support in spare parts sales ·        Assist in identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities ·        Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on incoming spare parts to ensure they meet specifications and standards ·        Implement quality control measures to uphold the quality of spare parts ·        Documentation: Maintain proper documentation related to spare parts, including invoices, packing slips, and warranty information ·        Generate reports on spare parts sales, inventory levels, and order fulfilment ·        Forecasting and Planning: Analyse sales trends and customer demands to forecast future spare parts requirements ·        Develop and implement plans to optimize spare parts inventory levels ·        Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of spare parts suppliers based on factors such as delivery time, quality, and pricing ·        Recommend changes or improvements in the vendor selection process
