Key Responsibilities

• Partnership Development:

• Reach out and onboard rental vendors, suppliers, and service partners across categories.
• Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships.

• Sales & Lead Generation:

• Generate orders from corporate tie-ups, events, and exhibitions.
• Identify and close B2B opportunities with companies, studios, and event organizers.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Rentkar’s product categories.

• Customer & B2B Enquiries:

• Handle incoming customer leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Respond to B2B enquiries with quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries.

• Event & Campaign Support:

• Partner with event organizers, gaming cafés, colleges, and co-working spaces for rental tie-ups.
• Represent Rentkar at on-ground events and activations.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or events preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Self-motivated with a focus on targets and results.
