Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sponsorship and Partnership Manager. The role involves identifying and securing new sponsorship opportunities, managing existing partnerships, and developing strategies for long-term collaboration. The manager will be responsible for negotiating contracts, maintaining communication with partners, and ensuring the fulfillment of sponsorship agreements. They will also work closely with marketing and event teams to maximize the impact of sponsorship activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities
• Strong skills in managing and maintaining partnerships
• Contract negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in developing sponsorship strategy and long-term planning
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and event teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
