Partnerships & Engagement Lead-Josh Talks AI

At Josh Talks AI (Audio Data Research Lab), we believe that the primary medium of interaction between man and machine will be Voice. We are building the world’s most diverse speech datasets - spanning high - and low-resource languages - to power this future. Licensed by leading global AI labs and fine-tuned into cutting-edge models, our work is shaping how billions of people will communicate with technology through voice.

What you’ll do:

• Grow existing accounts

  and deepen partnerships with leading AI labs.

• Own revenue delivery

  with a personal target of $3M in Year 1 and $7M in Year 2.

• Build relationships and engage with researchers

  to anticipate future dataset needs, and collaborate with our product and data teams to build tailored samples and pilots.

• License current OTS datasets

  across Indian and international languages, expanding adoption globally.

• Maintain public-facing presence

  on platforms like Hugging Face, Kaggle, and more, while also managing LinkedIn presence, website, catalogues, and other sales assets.

• Drive thought leadership & research collaborations

  , co-creating benchmarks and proprietary studies to demonstrate the efficacy of our data.

• Forge barter partnerships

  with governments and academic institutes to expand data collection and validation.

• Represent Josh Talks AI at global conferences

  in speech, data, and AI, converting events into strategic lead pipelines.

• Partner with other organizations

  (publishers, regional orgs ) to sub license their datasets for further licensing globally. 

Must Haves :

• Proven experience in

  partnerships, business development, or sales

  within AI, data, or technology sectors.
• Strong ability to

  engage with researchers

  and translate technical needs into actionable dataset proposals.
• Excellent

  relationship-building and communication skills

  , with a track record of managing global accounts.
• Comfort with

  public-facing brand management

  — LinkedIn campaigns, website upkeep, Hugging Face/Kaggle pages, and digital catalogues.
• Exposure to

  research-driven environments

  and ability to co-develop benchmarks, evaluation sets, or collaborative projects.
• Strong

  execution orientation

  — able to move from conversations to signed deals, pilots, and delivered revenue.

• Extroverted nature

  to deliver at public facing conferences 

• A builder mindset

  — excited by early-stage environments, ambitious revenue targets, and the opportunity to shape how the world interacts with voice AI.

• High accountabilit

  y individual with the ability to chase a strong revenue target

• Making decks at the speed of lightning, excel workflows, basics of graphic design

  is non-negotiable.
