Partnership Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner Onboarding Leadership: Optimize and lead the onboarding process from initial form submission to successful platform integration. Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all partner communications.
• Information Management: Ensure all partner profiles, product details, pricing, and offerings are current and accurate.
• Lead Tracking & Closure Management: Monitor and report on lead handoffs, conversion status, and partner performance metrics.
• Process Development: Design, document, and continuously improve partner workflows and operational procedures.
• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate opportunities for deeper collaboration beyond basic platform participation.
• Partner Success & Support: Proactively address partner needs, resolve issues, and ensure an optimal platform experience.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align partner activities with overall business objectives.
• Performance Analytics: Track partnership KPIs, generate insights, and present recommendations for growth and optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
