Partnership Operations Lead

As a Partner Onboarding Leader, your role will involve optimizing and leading the onboarding process for partners, ensuring a smooth transition from initial form submission to successful platform integration. You will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for partner communications and managing strategic relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring all partner profiles, product details, pricing, and offerings are current and accurate - Monitoring and reporting on lead handoffs, conversion status, and partner performance metrics - Designing, documenting, and continuously improving partner workflows and operational procedures - Identifying and cultivating opportunities for deeper collaboration beyond basic platform participation - Proactively addressing partner needs, resolving issues, and ensuring an optimal platform experience - Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align partner activities with overall business objectives - Tracking partnership KPIs, generating insights, and presenting recommendations for growth and optimization To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly - Natural talent for connecting with people and maintaining long-term professional relationships - Strong organizational skills with experience in process design and optimization - Understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, business models, and partnership dynamics - Comfortable interfacing with senior executives and decision-makers at partner companies - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to relationship management This is a full-time position with an in-person work location.,
