Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partnership Compliance Executive to ensure that our business partnerships operate within legal and ethical boundaries. In this role, you will be responsible for managing compliance frameworks, monitoring partner activities, and supporting due diligence processes to protect the integrity and reputation of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Review and assess partner agreements, contracts, and onboarding documents for compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of partner organizations to ensure ongoing compliance. Work cross-functionally with legal, partnerships, and operations teams to address compliance-related concerns. Maintain accurate records of compliance reviews, documentation, and reporting processes. Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring policies are updated accordingly. Support internal training on partnership compliance best practices. Investigate any compliance violations or concerns and recommend corrective actions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Compliance, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management, or partner management roles. Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (local and international, if applicable). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with compliance tools and systems is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with external partners, vendors, or affiliates. Familiarity with GDPR, AML, FCPA, or other industry-specific compliance frameworks. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
