Job Description

As part of the Partner Support Team, you will play a critical role in partner servicing and relationship management. You will be the first point of contact for our Authorised Persons (APs) and partners, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently. From resolving operational issues to supporting their growth journey, your work will help strengthen our partner ecosystem and build long-term trust.

You ll work closely with internal teams like Operations, Tech, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of partner queries. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, relationship building, and delivering exceptional service.

Expected Responsibilities

  • Handle calls and emails from APs related to trading, accounts, policies, and operational queries.
  • Provide clear and accurate information on margins, payouts, account opening, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Tech, Compliance, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of partner issues.
  • Keep partners updated on system enhancements, regulatory changes, product launches, and process updates.
  • Track, manage, and resolve partner queries and complaints within defined SLAs.
  • Assist partners in navigating trading platforms, back-office portals, and reports.
  • Support onboarding and training for new partners, including platform demos and operational guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners to drive engagement and retention.
  • Document and maintain records of all partner interactions, queries, and feedback.
  • Share regular reports and dashboards with internal teams and partners to ensure visibility.
  • Act as a key communication bridge between partners and internal departments.
  • Gather feedback from partners to recommend improvements in service, systems, and processes.

Expected Skills

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in partner servicing, client relationship management, or operations in the broking/financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, trading operations, and regulatory frameworks (SEBI, Exchanges, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple queries simultaneously with a Partner-First mindset.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms, back-office systems, and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
