Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Partner to lead our Sales Tech & Sales Transformation team, focusing on CRM, MarTech, and GTM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement sales transformation strategies using CRM, MarTech, and GTM.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales transformation, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of CRM, MarTech, and GTM concepts.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
